Sometimes, the UPS connection fails to generate a label to be printed. The best course of action is to void the shipment and re-create it again.
- Log in to the Admin Dashboard.
- Go to the WooCommerce section.
- Select the Order to be processed.
- Click on Void Shipment on the UPS Shipment Label. In rare cases when this process fails, clear the browser cache and void it again.
- If troubleshooting, select the shipping method that is going to be used.
- Click on the Confirm Shipment button.

The UPS Service has strict parameters on the amount of data that can be sent in order to generate the package. In cases where the user-added details are not adhering to the parameters, this error is displayed, and the package is not generated.
